REFUNDS
I do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
COLOR ADJUSTMENTS
Here at JNH, I strive to provide the highest level of service. Should you wish to have a colour or toner adjustment, please contact me within five days of your original appointment.
NO CHILDREN OR ADDITIONAL GUESTS
For the safety of your children and the relaxation of other guests, no children or additional guests are permitted in the salon.
CREDIT CARD REQUIRED
To schedule an appointment, your credit card information must be on file.
LATENESS
JNH has a 15-minute lateness policy. If you are running late for your appointment, please call ahead to let me know. Should you arrive beyond 15 minutes, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely, in which case a cancellation fee will apply.
NO CALL / NO SHOW
No call/no show will be charged 100% of the cost of the service(s) scheduled.
CANCELLATIONS
I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, I respectfully require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or service changes to your appointment.
If you decide to cancel the same day as your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the originally scheduled services.
If you make changes to your originally scheduled service(s) fewer than a determined number of hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged for the cost of the originally scheduled service(s).
